Amalfi
Amalfi Coast is one of the most popular destinations in Italy's Campania Region. Here is where the mountains meet the sea — its forest-covered hills and villages cropped on cliffs offer some of the most dramatic coastal views.
Composed of various towns in the province of Salerno, Amalfi Coast was named after its historical centre: Amalfi. An important maritime trading ground in the Middle Ages, the town boasts a distinct architecture. Its most iconic building is Duomo di Sant'Andrea, which is home to the relics of St. Andrew, the patron saint of Amalfi.
