Thai VietJet Air, Nok Air, Thai Lion Air, and Air Asia offer several flights daily from Hat Yai to Bangkok. Ticket prices start at $14 (480 THB) for a one-way ticket and the flight time is just 1.5 hours.

Step 2: Hat Yai to Bangkok by Bus
From the Hat Yai Bus Station, there are several companies operating buses from Hat Yai to Bangkok like the Transport Co., Piya Rungrueang, and Siam Dern Rod.
These two terminals are approximately 10 km from the Bangkok centre. The Southern Terminal’s advantage is that it is connected to Bangkok’s metro system. If you will ride a taxi, it will take you about 20-30 minutes to reach the city centre.
