Hoi An

Hoi An is a charming city on Vietnam's central coast. Once a major port, the mixed influences of Japanese, Chinese, and European merchants are still visible here.

Its Old Town is a well-preserved fusion of foreign and indigenous architecture, laid out in a small-scale model of a 15th to 19th-century trading hub. No wonder it was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site! Travelling to Hoi An feels like walking back in time.

Discover Hoi An

Hoi An, once the trading capital of Vietnam, is for many travellers one of the most favourite places to visit during their trip to Vietnam.

In this charming city, you can wander around for days through the Old Town without getting bored. Most people stay longer than initially planned or regret they couldn't stay longer.

Hoi An - VietnamSeeing the Old Town in the evening, when the lanterns colour the charming streets, will make you fall in love with this city.

Riding a bike is an easy way to get around the city or to nearby beaches. Many guesthouses offer bicycle rentals. Some homestays even provide it for free when you stay with them (like HaLo HomeStay).

If you were planning to buy a suit or high-quality handmade shoes, Hoi An is the place to be!
