Apekop Travel and OceanJet operate one ferry per day from Siquijor to Bohol. OceanJet is the faster option and leaves in the morning, while Apekop Travel departs in the afternoon.

Ferry ticket prices from Siquijor to Bohol start from $14 (830 PHP). Travel time is 2h - 2h 30m.

Departure and arrival ports

OceanJet ferries depart from Siquijor Pier, 10 km north of the tourist centre in San Juan. You can get to the port via tricycle rental with rates from $4.90 (300 PHP). You can also ask your hotel if they can give you a ride.

Apekop Travel ferries leave from Larena Port, 11 km north of Siquijor town. Costs for a tricycle ride to Larena Port from San Juan start from $8.10 (500 PHP).

Ferries dock at Tagbilaran City Port Terminal. From here, it’s a 40-minute ride to the tourist centre in Panglao Island. You can take a jeepney, bus, or taxi with fares from $0.80 (50 PHP). Siquijor to Bohol by Car Ferry

Are you travelling in a vehicle from Siquijor to Bohol? Lite Shipping operates car ferries from Siquijor to Bohol every Tuesday to Sunday. This car ferry journey takes about 3h.

Passenger fares start from $7.70 (475 PHP) for a standard seat. You can also upgrade to an air-conditioned tourist seat for $12 (750 PHP).

For vehicles, rates start from $27 (1,680 PHP) for a 150cc motorbike. Fares for bigger bikes or cars will be higher. Note that you can only buy your tickets at the port. It’s best to be there around an hour before the ferry’s departure time to avoid any delay.

This car ferry is cheaper than regular passenger ferries, but keep in mind that it only departs in the evening and doesn’t sail on Mondays. It also arrives late at 22:00 and takes about an hour longer than the OceanJet passenger ferry.

Departure and arrival ports

Ferries depart from Larena Pier, located 20 km northeast of the tourist centre in San Juan. You can hire a tricycle to take you to the port. Fares start from $8.10 (500 PHP).

Hi, Filip! Thank you so much for this very valuable question. Lite Ferries actually operate car ferries from Siquijor to Bohol, but not every day. This option is available only every Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday. The ferry departs at 7:00PM from Larena Port in Siquijor. Ticket prices start from P475 for a standard seat and P750 for a tourist seat. If you're travelling with a scooter, that's an additional P1,670 for a 150cc scooter. The bigger the bike, the higher the additional rate. Travel time by car ferry from Siquijor to Bohol is around 3 hours.
